About to Start a New Project? Refresh an on-going project?

We offer customized training and facilitation to get your team started using the tools and techniques of project management – all based on the PMI toolset. Classes can be customized to focus on particular needs or existing tools and templates by our project management staff. Our PM team will work with you to identify the team's needs and examine the existing tools and infrastructure. This is followed by a hands-on workshop that combines skill development with application to real projects. Our project management professionals can also facilitate your team through a structured rapid-planning session, usually lasting 2-3 days depending on your needs, in which the team collaboratively works through the planning process to develop the content of a plan for a particular project. Our team is also available post-training to guide the project manager and team in establishing a management process for the project and leveraging the tools learned and developed in the working session.
